Pros: Cheap at time of booking no modern sat nav as was an older car and condition reflected this. However was perfect for me and my family fit it well in Bulgaria so if you don’t mind a older vehicle with more miles this will suit you

Cons: The car had some issues, not everything worked from the electric equipment (there was an EPC error popping up from time to time) e.g. cruise control didn't always work. Also the car was really weak, it was hard to drive through hills.

Pros: I was 1 hour late back with the car due to getting caught up in a massive traffic jam on the way back from Sozapol,there must have been a very bad accident. I had many missed calls and the guy who had been waiting for me and he had a little moan but when I explained,he was fine and very good about it. I had no contact details to hand so could not let him know,I'm sorry

Cons: I have never paid for the parking at the airport so far. The agent asked me to do so.

Pros: Greeted on airport fast and took to the car. Car return was also very fast.

Cons: On greeting car was mixed and needed to redo the agreement for correct car. Car automatic gearbox and throttle was faulty and not responsive at higher speeds on the highway , so it was almost impossible to overtake trucks. Support suggested to switch car, but as already accomodations was booked to the other cities it was not an option. Support agreed to refund some money for the troubles, but the person at the drop off was not informed and just drove away fastly. Do not recommend.

Cons: The front right wheel arch was damaged whilst parking and we tried contacting you by phone several times unsuccessfully and the email we sent you for advice was unanswered until we had been back in the U.K. for 5 days! On the afternoon of our departure we were informed that our flight had been delayed six hours, so again tried to contact you to change the pick up time, but was unsuccessful, so that caused great inconvenience. I am unlikely to use you again due to your lack of communication!

Pros: Car was ok but clutch was slipping and making a screeching sound in first gear, I wouldn't have driven to sozopol, we did the excursion instead.

Pros: Only the collection period of the car was efficient by the firm and when been returned was timing, and the agent support for the direction to my journey destination.

Cons: Advertised a new model car type of Nissan Note and brought more than ten years old version of Nissan Note with rotten engine component and later developed wear out break.

Pros: Good size of the car, it was enough to Bulgarian roads, picking up of the car was fast and the lady from the car rental was friendly.

Cons: Our rented car would need to fix the geometry, the cover of the trunk was missing so we were worried a little bit when we left our belongings inside that everyone could see it. But nobody broke in so everything was good.

Cons: I did not get the car that I had reserved, the car that i got was a 13 year old car that i thought would break everyday of my trip. I was promised that i would be able to change the car with in two days if it did not like it. I called speed rent a car.. and they promised to change it, but after we decided on a location for the car swap they beher returneredbmy calls for deciding a time. Then they started to harass me 4 days before I was to return the car, with messeges and phonecalls.
