Cons: Did not know i had to pay the parking ticket at the airport .But just a few euro.. not a big deal

Pros: Expected Sandero got Golf. The car was not clean, nor was it well-maintained, but it went all 800km without any serious issues. No sign on it that it is a rental car. I had only a debit card, and in the end, I was NOT forced to pay any deposit, possibly because I had full car insurance, and the coverage from my travel insurance. No deposit - This is golden, the price was good even with the insurance. Police stopped us once to check us, and let us go, so I suppose everything was according to law.
Cons: The car was not clean, nor was it well-maintained, and it was on winter tires in the summer. Constant noise from the right front wheel disturbed and worried us, that car will let us down somewhere. You don't want such a feeling during vacation. The interior melted onto my trousers, right knee (trousers destroyed).
Pros: Over 1.5 hrs late to come to us at airport very early hrs, my wife is disabled, I at to ring uk number to sort cost me money. No paperwork if we broke down , nothing at all as he was rushing at 3:45am
Cons: Nothing, vehicle was poor flashing that it needed service and oil but he said that’s ok, not full off fuel just under full but expected full on return. Car smelt
Pros: Greer customer service provider by agent - me Nickola. Even with minor pick-up delay and initial problema with provided vehicle (rear window malfunction) he handled everything with hastę and full professionality.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 21.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 1 hour after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
