Pros: Was really easy to book online and was easy pick up and drop. Marta the Agent in Glasgow was fantastic - very friendly and efficient and got me on my way in no time. Would definitely use the service again. Thanks, Marta and team!
Pros: Waiting line was well organised with a ticket system. Car was practically new with only 15,000 miles.
Cons: The desk agent tried first to force me take an upgrade at an exaggerated cost, then try to sell me any possible extras like GPS, road side assistance and additional insurance (which I already had). All this took around 50 min to leave dest to take my car whist other clients took only around 10 to 15 min. Also did not receive a return confirmation email as I had received from previous rental companies.
Pros: The staff were very accommodating to a single parent traveller
Cons: Nothing
Pros: Very helpful agent at book in.
Pros: Customer service is crap will never use again con artist
Cons: Counter staff great con out of 60.00 when hire was 60.00
