Pros: Fast service, friendly staff

Cons: wI was first given a car which was very badly damage aalthough I was told by the avis staff that is was driveable I wasnt happy and had to complin quite a lot before they considered givign me another car ... eveentually waited an hour to get another car !

Cons: Placed order for a Vauxhall Crossland SUV (or similar) they offered us a Vauxhall "Astra" which is a saloon car - one is a compact, one an SUV but claimed they were both "similar" Due to wanting an SUV type vehicle due to age and back issues - ie climb in rather than "fall in" was forced to upgrade to a more expensive vehicle this felt like a bit of a "con" The agent though sympathetic was unable to help or indeed offer reason how a Vauxhall Astra could be the same as a Crosland SUV?
