Customer Ratings and Latest Reviews
Because we want to make sure each review listed here is left by a real customer, we don’t have the option to post a review here. Instead, we ask each and every customer to leave a review after they return their rental car. This way, you know that all reviews are authentic.
Pros: Drop off by the bus at destination was quick enough
Cons: The agents. The credit card stipulations. The scam feel to the whole experience
Pros: All very smooth on the Glasgow side. Guy was helpful. Pick up was waiting by the time we got out.
Cons: Little bit slow on the drop off Edinburgh side but it’s an other company running that so they have no control over it.
Pros: Efficiency
Cons: Same scare tactics for insurance coverage as with all other rental places. I was expecting a Kia but understand it is also possible to receive a similar car. I don't think the Renault is as good a quality of car as Kia.
Pros: Everything
Cons: Car cleaning could have been better one of my child passengers found a vape and a bloodied tissue in the rear seat area
Pros: Not much
Cons: We prepaid the car. We arrived in Edinburgh and thought we booked there. We booked for Glasgow. We called them immediately saying we wouldn’t be able to pickup the car that day, but would come 2 days later. No problem. We called the day of pickup and said our car was gone, but that they had something else free of charge. We arrived and we had to pay 300 pounds extra for an “upgrade” from a bmw 3 series to a vw arteon. If we didn’t pay, there would be no car for us.
