Cons: The drop off agent at enterprise was unprofessional. When I picked up the car I made a date/time stamped video on all existing damage. The drop off agent identified a small scratch in the paint and told me he would report it as my fault. I showed him my video proof that it was a pre existing scratch.He continued to rub the area and while he did finally acknowledge that it was preexisting he tried to make me feel he was doing me a favor. He then asked me to give him an excellent review. Rude!

Pros: The service provided by Enterprise (Paisley) was excellent. They accommodated my amendment to booking and allowed my deposit to be paid by visa Debit card, as I don’t have a credit card.

Cons: My original booking was with the Glasgow Airport branch who only accept deposits paid by credit card. As a non credit card user, this made it impossible for me to use this branch, which I find quite ridiculous.

Pros: Karen at Enterprise Reception Customer Service was a wonderful (& helpful) assist.

Cons: Everyone we came in contact with at Enterprise in Glasgow went above and beyond to be of assist. People seemingly enjoyed their work & were anxious to ensure a great experience on our end. Gas mileage for our car was outstanding.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2030.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium location fee, Road tax, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: congestion fee. The Airport Surcharge applies in all airport locations.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
The International Driving permit must be a physical one; a digital version will not be accepted.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher. In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, return flight ticket, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.).

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.

Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 0 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 29 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
