Pick-up instructions
After you have arrived at Adelaide Airport, cleared customs and collected your luggage, phone us on 1800 150 850 and select Option 1 to request our free shuttle service.
Our JUCY shuttle bus will meet you at the shuttle bus collection point.To get there, walk out of the terminal and across the plaza to the left past the taxi rank, and wait by the red mail box.
Last shuttle is 30 mins prior to closing time
Afterhours must be arranged 48 hours prior by contacting our reservations team
Drop-off instructions
Once you have dropped off your JUCY wheels at our Adelaide Airport Branch, just jump on the next shuttle bus to the airport. We recommend returning your vehicle at least 45 minutes before you need to be at the airport.

Please park your vehicle in the carparks outside our JUCY Branch.
Return keys in the Key Return Box located on the front left-hand side of the JUCY Branch.

Cons: It was very difficult to contact the Jucy office in Adelaide for the so called shuttle bus from the airport. We were told to get a taxi after waiting for about an hour and to charge it to the company. This was not the kind of experience I have come to expect from discovery cars.

Pros: Have to phone for a pick-up, which could be a problem for visitors arriving in Australia without a local phone.
Cons: The pick-up process can be slow with waiting for an airport pick to take you to an off-airport location. However, once there the process and pick-up were straight forward. Had to return car a little early as they close earlier on Saturday afternoons. Car was an older model, so didn't have GPS or back-up camera, push-button start or remote entry all of which are standard in newer models. But that is also why their cars are more affordable.

Driver requirements

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.
There is no maximum age.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
