Pros: Very good value for money. We got an amazing modern car at a very reasonable price. Pick up and drop off were easy to navigate and straightforward with Simba shuttle. Thank you very much.

Cons: Picking up the car, the salesgirl tried to sell me insurance at an inflated price when I told her I already had insurance she wasn’t happy. Last time I used they the guy gave me insurance options at reasonable prices.

Cons: Forced to pay and extra 50% for premium insurance because the rental agreement is very harsh if you dont. No mention of a $1000 bond to pay ontop of the extra insurance on pick up. No boot cover for securiry for expensive equiptment. Wrong car, which is expected but the fact they dont have any of the car I wanted in the fleet is pretty bad.

Pros: The car was what I expected. It was very clean and tidy and the staff were friendly.

Cons: On my return I keyed Simba Car rentals into my google maps and was taken to another street ( perhaps an old location? ) Strangely there was a car there with Simba Car rentals on the side, but no building. We googled again and found a second location. Perhaps they need to update their location.

Cons: Upon return the attendant seemed determined to find something wrong with the car, there was nothing. I assume this is done to try keep the $500 deposit. I did not like the experience and probably won't come back. A good deal should not be an attempt to keep your cash when you looked after the car like your own and no damage was incurred whatsoever.

Went straight to automated pick up request which i wasnt ready for but had to do before walking out of free wifi zone. They put $400 and $500 on hold on card. The one for petrol fill up I feel was excessive considering car only takes about 100 to fill up had I not done it.

Pros: Professional services at fair prices. The staff was friendly and helpful. The car was as described, I’m very happy with the service and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent a car.

Cons: I wish Simba was located on the airport. It was somewhat confusing trying to work out where their pickup point location was but we saw the van as it was picking up someone else. Then the traffic was horrible going to their location and it was only 3 miles away. Avoid Adelaide between 10 AM & 3 PM or you will be in traffic jams everywhere.

If this could be done via online platform it would be easier as the other nominated driver had to leave work to physically attend the pick up of the vehicle (even though they weren't driving it until the following day).
