Pros: Promo service
Cons: Contact said full tank on pick up it was only 3/4 full. But i returned it with full tank as per contract.

Pros: Wait in the parking lot to pickup the car 1 hour and a half. The dirtiest car that I saw in my life. A lot of scratches and a bumper already broke.
Pros: Nothing, not one thing was ok.
Cons: I get that they have supremacy on the island but that doesn't mean that they need to be unpleasant and unprofessional. The car I got belongs to some junkyard. Half of the things on the car are missing (torn out or removed), other half doesn't work. We came one day later because our flight got cancelled, at least you can prepare the damn thing. Well they told us that we should wait for half an hour because they didn't manage to clean it. You had whole day to prepare it!
Cons: Long queues at the airport, service agents had no record of our details, argued that we had not booked for extra named drivers (even though we had proof including diving licence details provided), charged us more than the agreed cost (including the deposit we had already paid and more above that), unclear directions about picking up the car, kept us waiting 1.5 hours after arrival until car delivered and we could start our holiday. Dashboard light indictated a need for attention from pick-up.

Cons: SLOW - the rental agent blamed the computer system. UNNECESSARY: The need to go back in to the terminal and queue up for another 20 minutes just to get a deposit refunded. On Pico the agent realized with my credit card no deposit was necessary - why didn't the same apply on Terceira

Cons: To check in and out you have to go to the counter inside the terminal. No biggie at this airport as the staff is very efficient.
Cons: Waiting time, time picking up the car and customer service were very bad
Pros: In Terceira, everything very smooth, fast and people very kind. Car almost brand new.

Pros: the car I rented was in very bad condition, from the rejected and scratched bodywork to the worn brake discs that made the car vibrate when braking. the car was delivered to us very dirty

Cons: The car had an oil change maintenance alert. It made a strange noise when steering right. Ladies at the front desk made a mistake during the payment and autonomously decided to charge me on my credit card (given only for the refundable deposit) instead of my debit one making more mess during the drop off
Cons: The car was booked from 2pm. I got it at 3:45. And it was an old car with 113000 kilometers on it. Probably more than 10 years old. Unacceptable.
Cons: It would be nice if the opening times fits to the schedule of the departures. Our plane took off at 6.55 am. The opening time is 6 am. In case there was e g a conflict on the car, there would be not enough time to settle down.

Pros: Christiana was there 90 minutes passed midnight closing time to provide my car and was very accommodating to calm all of my anxieties.... even provided an upgrade!
Cons: Tires were badly worn...safety concern for roads in Azores. Returning car was a search to get agent attention and then refund line.

Cons: The car wasn’t ready and the overall process to ge the car took more than an hour. Waited in line inside for 40 min and then another 40 min outside waiting for the car.

Cons: At 11pm, following the late arrival of our plane, we were given inaccurate information about the location of our car. After spending 15/20 minutes searching the car park, we called the desk agent and she came and helped us find the car. It was not ?top of the stairs on the right' as she had said. It was at the back of the car park, on the left, over the wall in the second section. This was a difficult and uneccessary delay when we were so tired and then had to drive to the other side of the isla

Cons: Everything. The car was old, shabby, unsafe and had 100k km on it. The brakes didn't work properly and the engine warning light was constantly on. I tried to call the office several times for a long period, but to no avail. For the rate we paid, this is a disgrace!

Cons: It was a surprise since I frequently booked cars with this company. In this particular booking, the car was not clean and safe; one tire was almost gone; the wipers were old and did not perform very well. The car was very noisy, because of how many miles already pass through.
Pros: East location as the counter is right at the arrivals doors at the airport.
Cons: Our flight was delayed for 40min and the agency applied an after-hours extra 30€. We were not informed of this at any stage during our booking and would have booked a different service if we would have known. But the car have brake problems, it is completely damage around all the car from out side and inside the desk board are damage as well. So I have paid for a completely dust and damage car.
