Pros: The employee was nice

Cons: Wat I didn't like was on return day they only had one employee at the counter so they had no one to go with me to check the car for any damage so I had to trust them to refund my deposit of almost 1200 hundred euros i wish they had some one to check the car with me

Pros: Friendly, fast, dropped the car off right at the arrivals door and check-in right at the car on drop-off - didn't have to revisit the counter.

Cons: The only thing is that the car had a bit of damage (minor, but noticeable), and quite squeaky brakes.

Pros: Easy-to-find office, pick-up speed.

Cons: The car had quite a lot of small damage (scratches, dents, wheel disk scratches), and one of the trunk cover hanger strings was broken. The car was poorly equipped (no parking camera/sensors, weak engine for steep slopes), but that was kind of expected for the good price. There was no fully electric car available, which I would prefer to an ICE car.

Pros: The car itself worked out pretty well.

Cons: I have rented cars all over the world and I have never been charged for the minimal scratches that were on the left front bumper. I have every reason to believe that these scratches were not caused by me or done to me when I rented the car. No other company that I have ever used would have looked twice at these minor imperfections, but much less charge me over $200 for them. The same protest company, as well as through my credit card. I think this is a ripoff scam that you probably use on many.

Pros: They were kind bringing me my car because I was pregnant

Cons: The manager was very rude to us when we returned the car and it took way too long to work through the return. The car was “new” but had existing damage and 4000 km. It had a terrible transmission and no backup camera. It was not a good value for the money.

Pros: The representatives were very helpful.

Cons: Could not extend the rental 6 hours (only 2), on the drop-off day, even though (as far as I know) the rental is paid for 24 hours. Was told they already rented out the same car a few hours after the drop-off time. Also I think the security deposit amount is excessive, double compared to the rental place on Sao Miguel island for a more expensive car.

Pros: The people I interacted with were fast and direct. When I got there early for drop off and called, the guy arrived in just a few minutes. The car was new and had Apple CarPlay, which was really convenient.

Cons: They aren’t at the desk all the time, so you don’t have the flexibility to change your check in or check out time without calling. I was told the car would have a full tank when I got it but it didn’t.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 80.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Renters from the following country(ies): Bermuda must provide the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
At time of drop off, customers should return the vehicle with a full tank and be able to show the gas station receipt confirming they have filled the tank, in order for the fuel deposit to be refunded.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 1 hour after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
