Cons: Very slow when I went to pick it up, the car wasn't even ready. They went to wash it, then they came and the car was all smashed in the back. Door and fender i'm not impressed with the quality of the car.It looks like it came from a junkyard

Cons: Should have signs inside the Airport or parking lot guiding people to the pickup location across the road.

Cons: 1.Auto hatte bei Übergabe einen Mangel (Blinker funktionierte nicht). Dies wurde erst durch uns direkt nach der Fahrzeugübernahme festgestellt, trotz gut sichtbarer Fehleranzeige. auf dem Tacho. Der sofortige Wagenwechsel verlief aber reibungslos. 👍

Pros: Literally nothing. Except the return lady she was very nice.

Cons: We got a small puncture in the tire that was easily repairable by patch. We called the customer assistance number provided to us and they gave us the runaround for about 12 hours. Before telling us they couldn't help us we tried calling the rental shop directly but they did not answer so we switched to the spare tire and showed up at the shop to see how we should proceed. They told us they would charge 200 euros from our deposit. We got it fixed ourselves for 6 euros.

Cons: 35 euros charge for drop-off out of hours when you leave the car in a parking and drop the keys in a box, without a person.

Pros: Convenient after hour airport pick up

Cons: They wouldn’t accept a debit visa and that’s all we have for credit cards so they charge us double then gave us a car with no brakes. We had to return the car horrible experience will never deal with them again.

Cons: Location not inside airport. Agent not present during advertised hours. Had to call agent for drop off directions.

Pros: The representative was kind and very helpful in getting the car.

Cons: There is a much easier and faster way to get to the agency: after receiving your luggage, do not leave the terminal but take the elevator to the 3rd floor (check-in hall) and then go outside, cross the street, and walk left about 100 meters to the agency. There was no water at all in the windshield wipers. One of the tires was very low on air. The representative filled it up on the spot.

Pros: There was only one person working the desk, so pick-up was a little slow, but efficient once we got to the front of the line. The employee was very helpful.

Pros: Car drop off was quick.

Cons: They contacted me very inappropriately through Whats App without informing me of who they were. They ignored my reservation time which was past office hours, and instead blames me for not answering their scummy looking Whats App messages at to why they would not let me pick up the car on time. I had to wait three hours until 0100 in the morning to get the car, while the representative insisted for the full 3 hours that "someone will be there in 5 minutes." Also, a £2500 deposit was required.

Pros: Nothing. Really bad experience

Cons: They are requesting credit cards and they want to take your personal data. Really I have never saw this

Pros: No issues when returning the car, the deposit was removed immediately.

Cons: I had to go back on the 2nd day to get the car I rented as it wasnt ready.

Cons: 1) It was supposed to be "meet & greet" but nobody waited for me and even though the office is just 100m outside the airport, I had to figure out myself how and where to find it. 2) I got a very old car at first.

Pros: Pick up and drop off were easy and quick. The representative was helpful and nice.

Cons: The rental car had one very bald tire that did not match the others. Thankfully it was a rear tire. The USB port for the car did not seem to work with our phones, so the on-screen navigation and phone charging did not work. It is worth testing this before leaving the rental agency, which is something I will remember to do next time.
