Pros: Nothing! It was not a proper Hertz agency, it only a local crap company with a Hertz logo on their shop. The price was very high and the quality of the service and the condition of the car were very low. You even have to clean the car when returning it other wise they charge you 25 euros + 18%tax for cleaning! What a ripoff (considering that I had paid over 150euros per day for a « loner »).
Cons: Everything! Total lack of responsiveness, no customer centric attitude, vehicle in bad condition, no representative attending the desk when returning the car at 9am (you have to call a number to have somebody come 20mn later!!).

Pros: easy return of the car out of office time.
Cons: We had to find our car alone on the parking place. Not on the place where agent told us. We need 20 minuts to find it. We have to pay to find a car alone and check if everything is ok without the agent ? Not profesional at all. Never again with Hertz.
