Cons: The process of picking up the car took a bit long. I had to call a number to let them know I had arrived. No person was at their counter upon arrival.

Deposit and deductible policy
The deposit is taken at the start of the rental, to cover any additional charges incurred during the rental.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, cash (please note, that credit card is mandatory for security in this case).

If the customer uses the following payment methods: Cash, a minimum deposit in the amount of 500 EUR is required.
