Cons: The drop off process was confusing and added stress. We dropped the van off earlier than our stated time, and there was no agent out at the parking lot when we did. We walked all the way into the airport only to be told we had to go back out to the lot and wait for the agent, which we did. In the US, drop off times are a window, and there is always an agent there.

Pros: Friendly staff and easy to find in the terminal. The man who processed our paperwork when we picked up the car was excellent. Very friendly and efficient.

Cons: Staff on return not as helpful and found one of the staff members sat on our car bonnet when we went to get the car checked!

Cons: The car seat provided was unacceptable and we told them so, there was no alternative seat. The check out process was easily the slowest in the terminal.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 700.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Deposit and deductible policy

Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 1 hour after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
