Pros: Nothing good. This was an absolute nightmare all the way through. I never had quite as bad experience with any booking of anything.
Cons: No airport desk or assistance, instructions of airport pickup didn't match what really happened. Single person serving everything, airport pickup, clients returning and picking up cars. 4) Assistant didnt ask me specifically for credit card, blocked £500 on my account then said it has to be credit card. I didt receive my back £500 for 24h. I was made to buy full on insurance even though I had it with booking provider. Additional 50 euro per day. Massive queue on drop off, nearly missed flight.

Pros: AVOID AT ANY COST, service really bad, car was good
Cons: Avoid at any cost. The company wont check the car during night, even on collection, unless you pay 30 euros?? After check, without me, I was told they found 2 scratches and I was invoiced almost 700 pounds/ 3500 zl for repair. I was also informed I am responsible for the car in their custody while it is waiting for inspection. I checked this with the polish equivalent of Citizen Advice Beauro and being advised I am only responsible for the car during actual car rental. Now I am in dispute.
