Cons: It is not possible to contact the Global Rent a Car. When I contart them through DiscoverCars.com, I was waiting answer 3 days. When I tried contact directly to Global Rent a Car they just ignored me/

Cons: This was our worst experience of renting car, we will never again to book a car with global car company and I not raccomanded you them. In details our car was: -full of scratches -had a 143.000 km -General conditions of the car were very very bad -the engine doesn't works regularly -the brakes doesn't works well and I had to push strong a pedal. -the steering was not regulated and the car went a little bit to the right After 20km we return back the car to the agency.
Cons: It's impossibile to contact them and the deposit on my credit card is still blocked
Pros: Customer service was brilliant, also the car that I got was brand new and very clean. It was the best car rental for the money that I paid. I expected much less!
