Pros: Pick up was rather quick and drop off even quicker

Cons: Unclear policy. We were told we would have to take the car to cleaning before dropping it off, which was completely unexpected and wasn’t clear at all when we made the reservation. Alternatively we could bring the car back with half the tank instead of full, and pay 30 pounds for that. We decided to opt for this in order to save the hassle of washing the car.

Pros: Collection point was in terminal.

Cons: The car was worse than what i had planned and paid for. Was also pretty beaten up with significant scrape/damage down one side. Clutch was also awful, making the car difficult to drive. It just seemed that after advertising cheap prices, everything else was a ploy to get you to spend more money! Which most annoyingly it worked! i ended up spending far more money on this that i had planned to, or should have!

Pros: Clean new car, easy drop off

Cons: Something wrong with car we were supposed to have so switched to another equivalent that wasn't ready at time we had booked but informed a 30 minute wait whilst car gets cleaned. Had to keep chasing for updates and waited well over 1 hour for the replacement car to get cleaned before using. Missed planned customer appointment in afternoon due to wasted time.
