Pros: Car in good condition, very clean. Staff very friendly and nice to deal with.
Cons: Paperwork needed to collect the car still took a good bit of time (even though all details were provided in advance, and no additional extras were chosen). The parking exit ticket (after picking the car up) didn't work, and had to be replaced.

Cons: They raised the price by ~190 EUR at reception in addition to what I paid you by selling me their insurance although I said I have third party insurance, but it was the only option to get the car. In addition they forced me to pay the full tank in advance (66 EUR for Toyota Yaris EV) but I spend 1/4 only.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental. For vehicles in groups Luxury, Intermediate, Minivan, Premium, Fullsize a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.
Drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 must provide a driver license that is valid for at least 2 year(s).
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU. A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
