Cons: They forgot to give indication for drop off in a different location (krakow airport). Anyway using internet I understood where the car rentals parking was (5th floor of the multilevel parking) and how to contact the agent in charge for checking the car

Pros: Great, efficient and friendly service. No fuss just simple service. Spent less than 5 minutes at the desk. Car was ready, clean inside and outside. Almost brand new, only 9k on the clock. Returning was also easy, the rep was waiting, had chceked the car with us and no problems at all. Well recommend and defo will use them again. Top service.

Cons: Paperwork needed to collect the car still took a good bit of time (even though all details were provided in advance, and no additional extras were chosen). The parking exit ticket (after picking the car up) didn't work, and had to be replaced.

Cons: They raised the price by ~190 EUR at reception in addition to what I paid you by selling me their insurance although I said I have third party insurance, but it was the only option to get the car. In addition they forced me to pay the full tank in advance (66 EUR for Toyota Yaris EV) but I spend 1/4 only.

Pros: The car I eventually received was brand new, so it was nice to drive a car like that.

Cons: The agent was very pushy for me to take insurance, even though I didn't want that. In the end he persuaded me by offering a "free" upgrade to a brand new car. My credit card was also charged more then what was on the bill. The email I sent about this wasn't responded to after a week, so I called the helpdesk and they were able to find my mail and told me it was probably from my bank for conversion costs, which I highly doubt but just accepted it. I will just be more cautious next time.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For vehicles in groups Luxury, Intermediate, Minivan, Premium, Fullsize a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.

For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
Deductible/excess will be charged per damage.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 01.11 to 01.04.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 0 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
