Flex To Go at Gdansk Airport

Cons: The numbers on their website, and rent voucher for Flextogo customer service dont answer. Agent said they dont answer phone calls. So they ripp off ppl, they dont care leaving ppl in the middle of the night at airport or charge loads of money for new last minute booking. fortunately I wasnt that desperate.

Cons: I was charged for having sand in the car

Pros: Terrible service, I don't recommend this trader. Trading practised not very clear to the end user, not reason given why certain cards cannot be accepted even though they took a payment online

Pros: I’m satisfied. I got a brand new car at a good price. The pickup was smooth, and the staff was friendly.

Cons: There is payment condition in small print which is almost impossible to meet. Newly issued credit cards are without embossed numbers and this type of cards is not available even on request from the bank. The condition by Flex is the simple catching point to charge and force customer to buy expensive insurance if credit cards are flat numbered. I had both Mastercard and Visa both flat numbers and my bank after checking do not provide embosed numbers cards anymore. It is awful trick from Flex.

Pros: Rental price was good.

Cons: Additional charges extortion. Inability to contact Gdansk branch to tell that flight was delayed. Clearly annoyed lady at the service desk in Gdansk on Friday night. Car with fault- reversing camera not working. No appreciation towards regular customers.

Cons: I had a prepaid insurance through Discover Cars, but... Flex To Go don't accept normal flat creditcards, so I couldn't put a deposit and was then forced to get their expensive insurance, but I could pay that insurance with the flat creditcard!?! Rental price then became 3 times higher than expected. Had to wait a LONG time because the customer before me had the same problem. It's a scam. Never Flex To Go again.

Pros: Car was technical perfect. Documentation was really good.

Cons: Tank was not full, there was no vacuum clean done for the car

Cons: There was no agent in the office when I came to collect the car. I rang a number of times and nobody answered. I sent an e-mail to the company but no answer. If the agent left, they could have at least left a notice on the door indicating when to expect their return.

We arrived two hours after the time we had informed you, and you just said, ‘sorry.’ You were ready to offer new cars at high prices, and we just stood there, like, ‘What?’ Us, the parents, with five children, and you just said, ‘sorry.’ Second Your English was poor, so it was hard to understand. We went to a counter where they spoke good English and rented two cars for a week from there. Just saying.

Cons: 0 culmination with discover cars. Impossible to reach them on any phone number (gdasnk local, Warsaw general, toll free general). Tried calling for 2 days (not weekend) and 0 answer from any number

Cons: Incompetent staff, the lady on the desk give me wrong information about car cleaning , get lost in Gdansk because of that and get late to drop off car on time, company charge me for being late for one hour. Other thing - you told me that deposit for the car is £560 but the lady charge me £841.35 and she told me that they will hold deposit for whole month. She was rude and try everything to sell me company car insurance when I told her that I got my own insurance.

Pros: Clean car, good condition of the car. Quick drop-off if you pay full insurance.

Cons: Office is located at the airport but not together with other car rental companies, but on the other side of the building, so a bit tricky to find. There was long wait and processing time. I was informed I would have to pay additional car wash fee, if I didn’t take their insurance. I had to take their full insurance, although I had my own liability insurance, because my credit card was expiring in less than 6 months. I would not recommend.

Pros: Little dirty car inside after the previous user.

Cons: Been scammed for £30 for “not giving” the car parking ticket back when returning the vehicle. So if you don’t want any surprises better stay away or make a video of putting the keys and car park ticket to be able to prove them.

Cons: Ordered car (Mercedes SUV)was not available. They offered a Citroën C3 instead. My parents need an SUV. After asking for an SUV they offered me Kia Sportage. After driving it for 5 minutes I realized it had broken rear bearings. I continued driving risking my health as I didn't believe they were capable of providing me a valid alternative. Probably my last time with that company.

Pros: Flex is the worst rental company I have ever used in 20 years of car renting and in over 20 countries. Complete shit! Never respond to questions about withdrawals until you issue a threat!

Cons: Nothing - useless company and stole from me 3 times after rental contract has been closed.
