Pros: Very polite staff
Cons: The man who handed us the car programmed the Sat nav and it took us to the Russian border we had to sort it out ourselves this added around 2 hours to our journey.

Pros: Almost nothing, considering that price has been made by you.
Cons: Car assigned to me was not my request (Opel Astra) No car choice except Hyundai cars Surprise upon delivery of the car with an extra charge for my trip to Germany (a few hours), as far i know Germany is UE and does not need a green card. No flexibility for pick-up and drop off the car. Car with stability problems making curves, probable lack of maintenance Car returned without any problems or scratches, just a small hole in the windshield (not very visible) not caused by me. LOST DEPOSIT!
