Pros: Cheap, fast and near the airport.

Cons: Car wasn't clean. Not from the outside (road grime and dust), or inside (dirty windshield). No fuel (1/8) and no windshield washer fluid. I would suggest to clean car between clients and ask for full-to-full fuel tank. It's not cool, to start your trip with stressing to find fuel station or unable to clean windshield on a wet road.

Cons: We were cheated by this company!! we reserved the car for a pre-agreed price with debit card payment. We were told on the spot that we would be paying much more. They referred to the tiny text at the end of the sheet, which quite clearly violates the Consumer Protection Act, where such text must be placed clearly and in the same text size as other text. Then we got a smaller car saying it was supposedly in the same group. Nevermore.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1500.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 76.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
An administrative fee of 36.60 EUR will be charged for each request received from the traffic police.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
