Cons: Our car had a warning sign ⚠️ displaying after we start the engine. We reported that to the person at the pickup/drop-off point, but he just referred us to the damage document we were given at the desk. We tried to explain that was not included in it, bas it wasn't really a damage, but he didn't care. So I took a photo and sent it to Sicily by car, just to be covered in case of any car malfunction. Luckily, all went smoothly.

Pros: I am very happy that I chose this rental company. We rented a car from Trapani airport for a week. Although we had booked a economy class, we got a better class car for the same price. The employees are very nice!!! They don't try to offer expensive insurance, they don't bother you with how to return the car! Everything is done quickly and pleasantly. The deposit is only 200€, which was returned within 30 minutes. I will definitely come back next time! Many thanks!!!

Pros: The are arrogant and completely rude. I made over 18 bookings in June, july and August and always found good service and paid all without any hesitation. I flew with family to Trapani and upon arrival, i was asked for credit card as always. I gave it and it did not work on their terminal. I offered to pay in CASH, or with my mobile app credit card but she kept refusing. She gave away the car to another customer as she did not want in any way to help us and the balance for the rental, be taken.

Cons: We ended up at the next door Car rental who accepted our mobile payment without any hesitation, just alike ALL OTHER PROVIDERS!! Therefore she waisted for us over 1 hour in arguments and prepayment lost. I will never use their service for sure. This is rubbish service. All other companies helped us with red carpet treatment.

Pros: Good car.

Cons: They started to press me additional insurance, no matter that I already had total insurance from DiscoverCars. He was very active and basically told, that if I will nbot take additional insurance from desk, I will have a problem.. What kind, I dont know. Just in case took additional insurance, what cost a lot more than in DiscoverCars. Afterwords seems just aggressive sales, nothing more.. Luckily didnt need to use any insurance.

Pros: - People were very helpful (but in Sicily this is culture!) - car was above the expectations

Cons: - Very slow procedure and bourocracy! I spent more time waiting for my turn at the desk and staying at it, than than actually flying! And it was only for one signature! The credit card was already been proceeded online! - The same procedure appened at the drop off: waiting for your turn just for leaving a key. - The deposit is too high. - I dropped the car 2 days in advance but they didn’t refund me of any amount!

Pros: Good & efficient checkin process (fast compared to recent experience with other agencies)

Cons: The car had been accidented previously : - the mirror cap was broken (notified in the initial description) - the left front wing was damaged but not notified in the initial description and I had not noticed it. Mileage policy
For rentals of 1–26 days, mileage is unlimited.
For rentals lasting 27 to 45 days, mileage is limited to 2500 km per month. Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.

Maximum rental age is 82 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
To rent the following vehicle category(ies): Luxury, Premium, Special, you must provide the following document(s) at pickup: return flight ticket, flight information, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.), 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline), 2 credit cards.

Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Snow chains, Express Service.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

During the winter season (15.11 to 15.04), Snow chains, Winter tires may be mandatory on certain roads in the following locations: Northern Italy, Central Italy, Southern Italy, Italy Islands. For more information please contact the car rental provider.

It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 20 % battery charge remaining.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 45 days.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
In order to have service out of hours, the renter must provide the following information: Phone number, Flight number.

The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
