Pros: rýchla administrácia, čisté a spoľahlivé auto

Cons: nátlak na havarijné poistenie pri prebierke auta a zdĺhavé a mimoriadne podrobné preberanie. Pri odovzdávke nebola zhotovená fotodokumentácia a tak pri prebierke došlo k rozporu ohľadne starého poškodenia. nakoniec sa na šla stará fotodokumentácia, ktorá poškodenie potvrdila.

Cons: Hidden costs although largely booking is to blame. We got the car online for a total price of 180 euros and we ended up paying 480 euros. Hidden costs for not having a credit card. It says so on the voucher AFTER I paid the deposit to you.deposit I already payed using the card I intended to use to complete the booking. It is a relatively small effort to have me greeted by a popmodal warning me of the extra costs when I try to book with a car that will incur a huge amount of extra costs.

Pros: Wynajmując był możliwość zapłaty kartą debetową w czasie wynajmu okazało się że auto było trzy razy droższe. z kwoty dwustu kilkudziesięciu euro wyszła kwota 600 euro sytuacje dopłaty za kartę debetową się zdarzały ale nie na tą skalę. A przed wynajmem nie zostałem poinformowany o takich kosztach. Został mi postawiony warunek utrata zaliczki i pozostanie z dziećmi bez transportu lub absurdalnie wysoka dopłata . Jest to niedorzeczne ponieważ wykupiliśmy pełne ubezpieczenie i wpłaciliśmy kaucję .

Cons: Italian car rental will charge you an added 50 euros/day insurance if you have a DEBIT card and not a CREDIT card. I arrive at the airport with a 600 euros voucher, and I got asked to pay an added 450 euros, eventhough my DEBIT card insures any car rental in the EU. Extremely bad experience. This was written in small letters at the end of the contract online. Pure scam.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1500.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 76.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
A novice driver fee will apply to drivers who have held their driver license for less than 2 years.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, return flight ticket.

ID documents must be hard copies; documents held on mobile devices will not be accepted.
Deposit and deductible policy
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
An administrative fee of 36.60 EUR will be charged for each request received from the traffic police.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
