Cons: We were caught up with traffic we tried to ring several times but nobody was answering the phone. I was due to return the car at 14.00pm and eventually got to the drop off at 14.24 and so i was charged €111 euros which was the fee for an extra day. I really felt this was very harsh, and received no explanation.
