RentScape at Bordeaux Airport

Cons: Awful company and gave us a car in terrible condition. Would avoid at all costs

Cons: Way to slow, too much queue, still waiting for my invoice. Too much time spent definitely. Just UPGRADR your systems and ease our life please!

Cons: We rented two cars that were supposed to be of same quality but looked to be an older car.

Pros: Collecting the keys and doing the paperwork was quick and easy. Drop off was easy too.

Cons: Unfortunately there was no car seat when we arrived and had to wait about 50 minutes. This was frustrating as we'd requested one on the booking and we emailed a few days before to remind them.

Cons: staff very late on site, no one on site at 9.30am, no apologies or explanation. no staff member showed us where the car was. Very unhelpful. Car filthy outside, dirty and smelly inside. 85,322km on car.

Cons: The signs to drop car off (to any rental) were confusing and I went trhough the wrong barrier and had to pay a drop off passenger fee and went round the airport twice

Cons: When I returned it and made it very clear I was making a complaint I did not receive any apology or any discussion around my concerns including safety concerns

Pros: Good quality car for reasonable price, however our friends received a terrible car so it is really luck of the draw I think.

Cons: Trying to sell insurance at silly prices! Also that some cars they offered were poor quality and when questioned they would not accept it and said we needed to discuss with discovercars. Rentscape supply the car and it should be of good standard.

Pros: In general, everything was good, but we had to wait a long time to pick up a car. There was only one representative available, and previous clients had some problems with their car. The office was extremely hot, and there was no water available.

Cons: I got a car with not a full tank. One of the headlights was not working, which I discovered a bit later.

Cons: Car was scratched on a lot of places, and I really mean a lot. We didn’t need a fancy car to go to a wedding or anything, so it was not a problem for us this time but could have been.

Cons: There was zero customer service!! There cars looked like they had been bought from an auction that day . None were clean , smelt of smoke and looked like it had been Bangor racing . When I asked to change car over concerns for the safety of it they weren’t interested. Pay a bit more money and look at the other companies on site there .

Pros: The pickup process was efficient and they had a child booster seat available for rent (something which I had not booked originally).

Cons: Tried to add a daily charge of 5euro per day for breakdown coverage - this should be included in the price of a car rental, not an add-on fee, and it is not something I have ever been asked for before. They said they had emailed me the rental agreement and would not provide me with a printed copy. Rental agreement never appeared even after returning the car, double checking my email, and asking for it to be sent to a different email address. Still haven't received refund for Adblue cost

Cons: The car was not full of diesel when I picked it up, mentions this when I returned it and was ignored.

Pros: Collection was straightforward and drop off was very smooth meeting us in the car park.

Cons: The vehicle (BMW 3 series estate) had a badly broken drivers wing mirror. Coupled with the poor windscreen wipers, it meant that driving the car in the very wet weather we had for the week felt quite unsafe.

Pros: Rentscape was incredible. They were friendly, efficient, and quick. There was no hassle at all. Also, they were also extremely helpful!

Cons: Didn’t like the service from the guys at collection and dropping of the car, I got wrong car it was damaged, dirty, had scratches, dents. Behaviour of few colleagues appalling and rude, when I mentioned about the condition of the car they mentioned this is only car for me if I like or not I have take the car. Mind you this was at 8:45 evenings time raining I had my family with 3 kids waiting had no choice but to take it.

Cons: Car had some service notification, but nothing ruining the overall great experience of the rental.

Pros: Pick up and drop off was a breeze (apart from the location of drop off but that’s not their fault), car was good value for money and they didn’t try to push unwanted extras on us.The vehicle itself was very clean inside but had seen better days on the outside - for us this wasn’t a problem.
