Pros: Ok

Cons: Dirty car not the most helpful desk clerk!

Pros: Customer service was great.

Cons: Car needed oil change. Staff confirmed it was fine but still creates a slight sense of uncertainty.

Cons: Мій депозит у розмір 1300 євро все ще не повернувся, хоча з машиною все добре. Пройшло 3 тижні і треба зараз писати і сваритися. Це займає багато часу і нервів

Pros: Excellent, prompt and polite. Gave us vehicle options but not pushy in any way.

Pros: As I said couldn’t take a car was forced to take public transport and Ruined first 2 days of holiday. Insurance being mis sold aswell as they said even if I had brought the premium insurance with discovery cars I wouldn’t be covered.

Cons: Nothing. Will not use them again. Car was a knackered Citrone C4 not VWGolf as ordered The brakes were judering all the time We had to pay an extortionate insurance top up fee Every panel had dents on them and all the wheel rims were damaged

Pros: Value for money, efficient pickup and drop off

Cons: Hard sell on additional insurance made me nervous. Fact that it was my responsibility to identify & photograph every existing item of damage on connection made me anxious in case I missed something. Also, key fob battery failed on first day so I couldn’t get back in the car. I called OK helpline & explained, no-one ever came back to me. I guessed it might just be the battery & luckily was in a location where I could buy one & replace it but car should NOT have been supplied with low fob battery.

Pros: Drop off was easy and quick.

Cons: They spoke negatively of Discover Cars additional insurance we had purchased. Told us it wouldn’t cover us for all manner of things. Really hard sell on having their insurance which we ended up buying at €380. Hard sold putting additional driver on and purchasing car full with diesel rather than returning with full tank. He didn’t mind the fact others were kept waiting as he kept going over same things time and again. Made no attempt to give us keys or move on until we agreed to his terms.

Cons: Our plane was delayed and we were 3 minutes late picking the car up, the agent was very rude to us about it and then we had a €40 extra as we were late

Pros: Competent, efficient and making all efforts to satisfy

Cons: Online pre check in - pointless exercise, still had to fill in all the same questions on paper. Chose Renault capture (or similar), sadly got similar, C3 aircross and it was a little disappointing. Pick up was a little slow, seemed to be only one operator at the desk, but several staff who appeared to be car checking/maintenance around. Car cleanliness wasn’t great, but that seems to be the case with most rentals these days. Existing damage on car not accurately documented.

Pros: On airport pick up, close to terminal

Cons: Only two desks manned, on pick up the staff hard sold additional insurance that cost twice the car hire. On drop off had to wait in line with the renters when we had to check in for a flight. Said we would receive an email confirming all OK but have not had this. Would not choose OK Mobility again as a result

Pros: Shocking. I was charged 120 euro for a car seat which I did not need. I told them three days in advance I did not need the seat. I was forced to pay for the seat in order to get keys. This was my first family trip away with a little baby so far from ideal start. The lev of concern or interest in refunding me from discover cars or ok mobility is completely disgraceful. Fraudulent behaviour charging me for something I didn’t take. Now they are or ignoring my emails. I’ve used discover cars 3 times

Pros: The car ran well and we had a good mileage allowance.

Cons: The pricing structure of insurance/excess/cover dishonestly reflects the true price of the hire. I felt pressured by the clerk on the pick up desk to pay the additional cover, which I refused as I couldn’t afford to pay it.

Cons: We booked a car from Friday to Sunday but we paid for 3 days as the return time was 52 hours later than pick up time. We arrived half an hour earlier before pick up time and the agent said that the car was not available but we could upgrade for double the price. I mentioned that we had already paid for an extra day although the car would be literally be returned two days after. She said that doesnt matter and we should come back 30 min later.

Cons: Had to purchase additional insurance cover at an extortionate price despite having already purchased "full" insurance with Discover Cars. Very intimidating process.

Cons: Bit pushy up selling insurance when I had my own that was more than enough

Pros: Even though I bought full insurance from Discover Cars the agent at pick up STILL insisted it wasn't full insurance and I ended up paying for extra insurance that incurred roadside recovery.

Cons: When I came to drop off the car - the key drop off box was locked (in the middle of the day) and I had to drop the key inside where am agent insisted that I had not purchased THEIR insurance therefore the car had to be inspected by an agent.

Pros: The guys were nice enough.

Cons: The extra charge for fuel. I told them it was about €10 worth so I was expecting to be charged 20 or 25 but 43 was taking the p**s.

Cons: I didn't like the cross border fee and the fact that i was more or less forced to take "road assistance " package because of our need to cross border .

Pros: Check in was fine but it was not the car we booked. It was quite damaged, we took additional pictures of damage not included on their form

Cons: When we dropped the car it was chaos. No parking spaces and they had no staff so the car could not be checked over with me. We had no incidents so I was told it was fine and to leave. Next day I received a bill for 500 euros for alleged damage to the rear wheel. I tried to discuss it with them by going back to the desk but was told the manager was unavailable. I had not taken out the excess insurance and this is clearly a money making scam. There was absolutely no damage done to the car.

Cons: They rushed our collection of the vehicle (Bordeaux airport) and then inspected the return vehicle TWICE - the first inspection was 'All is OK' then another operative went out to reinspect (why?) and 'found' a scratched wheel. Charged 460 Euros! Will NEVER use again.
