Cons: Child care seat was incomplete and veeeeery cheap. Everything was veery slow. I didn't get contract till now. They explained that was sent on my email but I didn't get anything. After everything they charged me for car wash. They charge for car wash from 100zl to 350zl !!!!! Never gona rent car from them anymore!!!

Cons: Car wasn't the same as per order, lower class but dame price, overcharged me for 1 hour delay,even though car was brought in 4 hours before daily charge, also they wanted me pay for car wash??? But also deposit wasn't released to the credit card for 14 days, had to ring customer service, they said its in the contract...who keeps money for 14 days...I know who scamers. Stay away from carfree company, better go to well known company like Herts etc.

Cons: This place is designed to get your money Extra insurance ( they ware very aggressive to sell me this even though I informed them I have my own insurance ) they ware keep reminding me that I would have to pay £1000 for each new scratch ! You have to pay for cleaning Hidden cost!! I wouldn’t recommend this place I won’t use them again there is so many different car rentals at Gdańsk airport which I have used before without any problems

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 935.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 66.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions). Driver's licenses must be valid for at least 6 months after the rental period.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
