Pros: Agent eventually found in the arrivals hall and car not far from this location

Cons: The car condition was very poor. We arrived after 11pm at night and was given a car in the dark that had a small amount if fuel in it, we travelled a further 3 hours so had to find a petrol station to fill up before setting off. The car itself had close to 110,000km on the clock, the agent hurriedly handed over the car and left, immediately we found the oil required light cane on along with the service light, windshield wipers made the screen worse when used, felt like someones private car vs a

Pros: The agents wrre very helpful and efficient on pick up and drop off. The agent called me when i was unable to find her in artivals and a different person directed me to the right place for the drop off, despite me being half an hour early. The car was immaculate when I picked it up. There were people I could speak to if needed.

Cons: I would prefer a physical counter at the airport but it all worked out very well. Bojone are obviously good at what they do.

Pros: Cheap rental cars that do exactly what they say on the tin. Very efficient and friendly staff. The car was clean and in good condition.

Cons: Not really a negative, but the car was a bit older with high mileage (Which allows for the cheaper pricing) - Does the job fine and we didn't have any issues. Just something people to be aware of when renting!

Cons: Windscreen inside was very dirty and because it was a night pick up it was very difficult to see had to pull over and wipe it down with a toilet roll! Seat did not raise to the best position and car was a little outdated
