Cons: On pick up given a car that had just arrived in so hadn't been cleaned, serviced or checked in any way. I tried to wash windows and found no fluid in container so had to call guy back to go and get some and fill it up .... No fire extinguisher in holder evidently for it and warning light on for entire trip.

Pros: Staff at Pula Airport friendly, we arrived slightly earlier than expected and they responded well to our early arrival.
Cons: The terrible condition of the car - I have used many hire cars (on average 3/4 a year) this was by far the worst I have ever experienced.

Pros: Pick up was easy and friendly and easy to find. Car itself was not what we ordered but nice
Cons: Lathe car was not 100% clean inside and although we ordered a non-smoking car it smelled heavily of smoke!!!!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Pick up centre was empty, after phonecalls and waiting there Cale a Guy who was drugged. He was shaking and couldn't write or speak. The car was dirty and scratches. Fuel was empty. After the rent they tried tot let us pay for damage we didnt made. I had to mail photos to prove it wasn't me because they tool 400€ from my visa .

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 71.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Economy, Mini a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
