Cons: Do not use! On arrival there was a massive queue. This was due to the agents trying to force everyone to buy the insurance. It was very aggressive selling and they basically stated that the insurance I had bought through discover cars didn’t cover anything and I would need further insurance. They may be A cheap rental but they try and scam you when you arrive.

Pros: Rien !!!!

Cons: Tout !!!! Le service de l’agence de l’aéroport de Marseille est une catastrophe ! Le responsable de l’agence (Yann) est un incompétent et un escro ! Il fait de la très mauvaise pub à votre entreprise. Nous avons été très mal reçu et le service a été mauvais du début à la fin !! Nous ne reviendrons plus jamais et nous ferons de la très mauvaise pub.

Cons: They present you with an amount on the card terminal in euros and after you have enter your pin they give you a bill in GBP with a 2% charge!! a real scam.

Pros: driving away!

Cons: The queque just to get to the desk before all the paperwork was just over 60 minutes, I have never waited this long ever. Once at the desk it was pretty straight forward, there was limited seating and people were litterally just sat on the floor outside.

Pros: I was charged £100 extra in addition to the advertised price online. This was made out that this was essential to pay as I could not take the car without paying this amount. The car rental company was difficult to find as it was gold car were acting as an agent for ace car howeve this was extremely poorly advertised and was difficult to find.

Cons: The car was again advertised as a VW polo or equivalent- I received a fiat 500. This is not an equivalent and was told that the car company do not even have these at their branch. So not only is this misleading but I also did not receive an equivalent. I have rented numerous times in France and Marseille and this has been the worst. I will not use this again.
