Pros: car was just what expected and the personnal really nice.
Cons: to find the rental desk, we need to ask at the personnal of the airport to find the shuttle in the parking lot.

Pros: Brand new car.
Cons: Car was brand new (1600km or so on it) already scratches all over the place. When asking the rental contract to be altered to reflect this their solution was: take pictures. Original key (remote control) wasn't available. The deposit was charged to my card instead of putting a hold on it. I'll go back to the big chain companies and pay a bit more if this is what renting locally looks like.

Cons: Difficulty in obtaining transport to rental desk. Contact number is Majorca not ibiza - they did not pass the message on snd when I phoned again 30+ mins later, it went to voicemail
