Domestic Terminal Pick-up Instructions: After collecting your luggage, Exit the terminal and take the escalators up to the sky bridge. Turn right under the ‘Buses & Coaches A&B’ sign near the Air Train. Proceed to Bus Zone B1/B2. International Terminal Pick-up Instructions: After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, turn left in the arrivals hall and follow the signs for Bus/Rideshare/Shuttle. Avoid following the ‘Rental Car’ signs. Exit the terminal, head down the ramp, turn left, and proceed to the pickup area.

If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours. Once in the shuttle pick-up area, look for the Purple Shuttle Bus with Alpha Car Hire logos. Our Shuttle Bus can take up to 9 people at once. Domestic Terminal Exit the Terminal and make your way to the Skywalk bridge; Once on the sky walk bridge, take the second set of escalators on the right down to B1/B2 ground level bus zone; The Alpha shuttle bus will pick you up. International Terminal Turn left into the arrivals hall; Look for the coach departure sign and exit the terminal; Proceed down the ramp, to the furthest set of Bays on the left at the bottom of the ramp; The Alpha shuttle bus will pick you up. If a customer cannot be contacted by Alpha or does not complete their express check-in before branch closure the customer will not be able to pick up the car and will need to collect it the following day or once the branch opens. Once you have your luggage and have exited the airport terminal, call +61732684222 for collection by an ANDREW'S AIRPORT PARKING bus. Domestic Terminal Collection Zone is over Skybridge and down to the right, in Zone B1 and B2. International Terminal Collection Zone is down the stairs to the left in Zone 3. If you live within 100km of Hendra QLD, you will be considered a Local Renter. Local Renter's security deposit is $2000 and vehicle must be collected between 8:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday - Sunday. Local Renters will not receive a vehicle if they do not meet these conditions.
