The shuttle service operates from the transport collection area at the north end of the Coolangatta Airport. Please call when you have collected your bags. Customers arriving or returning afterhours must make their own way to collect their pre-arranged car. Ubers or taxis are readily available and it is approximately a 10 minute journey. The $60 fee they are charged for afterhours pickups/returns is for processing only, they are responsible for their own transport.

After Hours Pick Up and Drop Off Service Available for Gold Coast Airport When our office is Closed, you can use our special after-hours facilities at Gold Coast Airport Enabling you to collect or return your car at almost any time of the day. Detailed after-hours vehicle collection or vehicle return procedures will be provided to you in our booking confirmation email. Terms and Conditions This applies when a flight is scheduled to arrive after 3:00 pm (domestic) or (international) Mondays to Saturdays – and after 1 pm (domestic) or (international) on Sundays. Parking Fee: +$12 – $30.00 (fees vary depending on the time you collect the vehicle, they are not included in the quote) Parking Fee: + $60.00 (fee if vehicle collection is more than 24 hours after the vehicle was left by us at the airport – usually 3:45 pm – 4:00 pm Mondays to Saturdays or 1:45 pm – 2 pm Sundays – not included in the quote) Morning Out of Hours Vehicle Return to Gold Coast Airport (including parking fees): $30 If the vehicle is returned after our trading hours or Christmas Eve; New Year’s Eve; Easter or before 8 am on days on which we are open.
