On arrival at either domestic or international terminals please call the following number +61 1300 458 584 pressing option 2 for Shuttle Bus or Uber pick up. The team will arrange for you a shuttle bus or pre-paid UBER which will meet you at the free Public pick-up zone - a link to automatically confirm this will be sent to your mobile number. From there the transport will take you back to the office which is 5 mins from the airport. Once here you will then do your paperwork, check over your vehicle and be on your way. This should all take a maximum of 30 minutes from collecting your bags to getting to the location until you depart. The return journey will effectively reverse this process.

Local Renter's security deposit is $2000 and vehicle must be collected between 8:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday - Sunday. Local Renters will not receive a vehicle if they do not meet these conditions. If you need to pick up or return your car outside of business hours (4:31 pm -8:59 am), please contact the store 24 hours in advance and we will send you a self-service pick-up and return guide. The shuttle service is available from Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 4:15pm. (There is no bus service on Sundays) Arriving at the airport: 1. Wait there for 10-15 minutes. The shuttle bus will take you to the shop to complete the car rental process. The last shuttle from the airport to the depot departs at 4:15 PM.
