Meet the white mini-bus with YELLOW no birds signage at the Shuttle Pick-up area. International (T1) Shuttle Pick-up Area: -Meet in Mini Bus Bay 22 -Exit, turn right and Walk 200m. You will pass: McDonald’s and the Qantas Domestic Transfers. Domestic (T2 and T3) Shuttle Pick-up Area: -Walk Through the P3 car park. -From Qantas (T3), 5 minutes walk to your left. -From Virgin/Jetstar (T2), 5 minutes walk to your right.

Free Shuttle Bus. Once luggage is collected and ready to go, please call +61283551933 to arrange the Shuttle Bus pick-up. If the flight is delayed, please notify as soon as possible for assistance with next-day collection if outside working hours. Baby seats are not available in the shuttle bus. Children under 6 months cannot travel on shuttles. For those affected, please contact the branch for help with collecting the driver. Domestic Terminal: For customers flying in with VIRGIN, JETSTAR & Regionals (Terminal T2): Please contact the office once you have collected your luggage on (02) 8355 1933. Exit your terminal at ground level and head towards the main traffic light pedestrian crossing. Cross over towards P1 on the opposite side and turn right to follow the signs heading towards Express Pickup near P3 Car Park. Walk past the Express Pickup Zone to reach the Shuttle Zone Area. Please look for the blue shuttle bus displaying both "Park on King" and "Alpha Car Hire" signage and let the driver know that you are going to Alpha. For customers flying in with QANTAS Domestic (Terminal T3): Please contact the office once you have collected your luggage on (02) 8355 1933. International Airport Terminal: Please contact the office once you have collected your luggage on (02) 8355 1933. Exit the arrival hall of the terminal and turn right. Follow the signs to the Shuttle Bus/Mini Bus area. Please wait at BAY no. 22. Please look for the blue Park on King Shuttle and let the Driver know that you are going to Alpha. Please be aware in peak times a wait of up to 25 minutes may be expected.

UPON YOUR ARRIVAL Once you have collected your luggage, call 1300 729 230 (for international customers call +61 3 6165 0838) and follow the prompts for shuttle bus pick up. Please allow up to 20 minutes for shuttle to arrive. PROCEED TO SHUTTLE BAY FROM TERMINAL FROM T1 - Exit the international terminal to the right and follow signs to (All Buses). Proceed to the shuttle pick up area, bays 12 - 21, which is across the road from the Rydges Hotel. FROM T2 - (Jetstar/Virgin/Rex) exit T2 building to the left and proceed past the buses sign and cross the pedestrian crossing. Follow the sign to the Shuttles T2 and our shuttle service will arrive in bays 4 - 7. FROM T3 - (Qantas) exit exit T3 building to the right and proceed across the pedestrian crossing to shuttle bays 4 - 7.

International Airport (T1) Pick-up Instructions: After collecting your luggage at T1 (International), head to your right from the terminal and look for the Ride Share sign. Domestic Airport Pick-up Instructions: T2 Terminal: After collecting your luggage, exit the terminal on the right, go beyond the bus signage, and cross at the pedestrian lights. You will find the shuttle at the Priority Pickup Area C; clearly marked in green. T3 Terminal (Qantas): Exit the terminal, turn left, and cross at the pedestrian crossing to find the shuttle at the Priority Pickup Area C.
