After disembarking, make your way to T2 at Melbourne Airport. Cross over the the 2nd lane opposite T2. Walk to the off-airport shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off area. Once in the shuttle pick-up area, look for the White Shuttle Bus with Green Easy Parking logos If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours. There are no available baby seats in the shuttle bus. Children under 6 months are unable to travel on our shuttles, if this affects you, please contact our branch who will assist in collecting your driver to return to the rest of your party. If a customer cannot be contacted by Alpha or does not complete their express check-in before branch closure the customer will not be able to pick up the car and will need to collect it the following day or once the branch opens. Please make sure for any after-hours Sydney bookings you are providing Alpha with customer's phone and email as otherwise, you’ll need to take responsibility for the booking yourself.

You will receive an SMS text 24 hours prior to your pickup time with an active link to the Shuttle requesting system. The van will take you to the depot. Our depot is located at 1 Hawkesford Road Cambridge, we operate the shuttle  Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm  (excluding public holidays), outside these hours please take a taxi or uber , we're just a 5 minute drive from the airport, then contact us on 0429 727 277 and ask for the PIN to access the key safe which is located on the fence where you can gain the keys to your vehicle
