Free Shuttle Bus. Once luggage is collected and ready to go, please call +61283551933 to arrange the Shuttle Bus pick-up. If the flight is delayed, please notify as soon as possible for assistance with next-day collection if outside working hours. Baby seats are not available in the shuttle bus. Upon landing, please contact the supplier on 0061 881 263 890 / 0061 1300 303 941 to request the shuttle bus. After landing in Adelaide (Domestic or International flights): Collect your luggage and step out of the terminal and proceed straight ahead. Look for the Subway sign—this is your landmark. Once you spot it, take a left turn and follow the line of pillars. Continue walking until you reach Pillar A, opposite the red post box.

Once you have collected your luggage, call 1300 729 230 (for international customers call +61 3 6165 0838) and follow the prompts for shuttle bus pick up. Please allow up to 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. PROCEED TO SHUTTLE BAY FROM TERMINAL: DOMESTIC - Proceed to Baggage Collection, then turn right at Baggage Claim #3 and exit the terminal building following signs to the Buses & Taxis Pickup Areas. As you step onto the forecourt, to your left will be a curved path under a covered walkway, follow this walkway and continue on and left past the Taxi pick-up area, then take the pedestrian crossing to the bus shelter at the Bus & Tour Operator Parking Area. INTERNATIONAL - On exiting International Arrivals, turn 180° making your way to the Domestic Baggage Claim area, then follow the directions as above for Domestic Arrivals.
