Domestic Terminal Collection Zone is over Skybridge and down to the right, in Zone B1 and B2. International Terminal Collection Zone is down the stairs to the left in Zone 3. If you live within 100km of Hendra QLD, you will be considered a Local Renter. Local Renter's security deposit is $2000 and vehicle must be collected between 8:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday - Sunday. Local Renters will not receive a vehicle if they do not meet these conditions.

International Airport (T1) Pick-up Instructions: After collecting your luggage at T1 (International), head to your right from the terminal and look for the "Ride Share" sign. Domestic Airport Pick-up Instructions: T2 Terminal: After collecting your luggage, exit the terminal on the right, go beyond the bus signage, and cross at the pedestrian lights. You'll find the shuttle at the "Priority Pickup Area," clearly marked in green. T3 Terminal (Qantas): Exit the terminal, turn left, and cross at the pedestrian crossing to find the shuttle at the "Priority Pickup Area."

Free Shuttle Bus. Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call (07) 3062 7439, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up. If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours. Once in the shuttle pick-up area, look for the Purple Shuttle Bus with Alpha Car Hire logos. Our Shuttle Bus can take up to 9 people at once. Domestic Terminal Exit the Terminal and make your way to the Skywalk bridge; Once on the sky walk bridge, take the second set of escalators on the right down to B1/B2 ground level bus zone; The Alpha shuttle bus will pick you up. International Terminal Turn left into the arrivals hall; Look for the coach departure sign and exit the terminal; Proceed down the ramp, to the furthest set of Bays on the left at the bottom of the ramp; The Alpha shuttle bus will pick you up. If a customer cannot be contacted by Alpha or does not complete their express check-in before branch closure the customer will not be able to pick up the car and will need to collect it the following day or once the branch opens. Please make sure for any after-hours Sydney bookings you are providing Alpha with customer's phone and email as otherwise, you’ll need to take responsibility for the booking yourself.

Children under 6 months are unable to travel on our shuttles, if this affects you, please contact our branch who will assist in collecting your driver to return to the rest of your party. If a customer cannot be contacted by Alpha or does not complete their express check-in before branch closure the customer will not be able to pick up the car and will need to collect it the following day or once the branch opens. For customers flying in with QANTAS Domestic (Terminal T3): Please contact our office once you have collected your luggage on (02) 8355 1933. Exit the terminal (T3) and turn right. Walk along the path and cross over two small pedestrian crossings and wait in the T2 shuttle area. Please look for the blue Park on King shuttle and let the Driver know that you are going to Alpha.
