Prior to arrival please let us know your flight details for complimentary pick up service as our depot is located off site. On arrival at either domestic or international terminals please call the following number +61 1300 458 584 pressing option 2 for Shuttle Bus or Uber pick up. The team will arrange for you a shuttle bus or pre-paid UBER which will meet you at the free Public pick-up zone - a link to automatically confirm this will be sent to your mobile number. From there the transport will take you back to the office which is 5 mins from the airport. Once here you will then do your paperwork, check over your vehicle and be on your way. This should all take a maximum of 30 minutes from collecting your bags to getting to the location until you depart. The return journey will effectively reverse this process.

If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours. Once in the shuttle pick-up area, look for the Purple Shuttle Bus with Alpha Car Hire logos. Our Shuttle Bus can take up to 9 people at once. Domestic Terminal Exit the Terminal and make your way to the Skywalk bridge; Once on the sky walk bridge, take the second set of escalators on the right down to B1/B2 ground level bus zone; The Alpha shuttle bus will pick you up. International Terminal Turn left into the arrivals hall; Look for the coach departure sign and exit the terminal; Proceed down the ramp, to the furthest set of Bays on the left at the bottom of the ramp; The Alpha shuttle bus will pick you up. If a customer cannot be contacted by Alpha or does not complete their express check-in before branch closure the customer will not be able to pick up the car and will need to collect it the following day or once the branch opens. Please make sure for any after-hours Sydney bookings you are providing Alpha with customer's phone and email as otherwise, you’ll need to take responsibility for the booking yourself.

After landing in Adelaide (Domestic or International flights): Collect your luggage and step out of the terminal and proceed straight ahead. Look for the Subway sign—this is your landmark. Once you spot it, take a left turn and follow the line of pillars. Continue walking until you reach Pillar A, opposite the red post box.

OCR offers a free shuttle service to and from the Coolangatta airport during normal opening hours. The shuttle service operates from the transport collection area at the north end of the Coolangatta Airport. Please call when you have collected your bags. Customers arriving or returning afterhours must make their own way to collect their pre-arranged car. Ubers or taxis are readily available and it is approximately a 10 minute journey. The $60 fee they are charged for afterhours pickups/returns is for processing only, they are responsible for their own transport.
