Every company’s location that achieved an average rating of 8 or more from our customers between September 2021 and August 2022 received this award*. This award is for the service at the rental desk in a specific location, not for the company as a whole. Also, when searching for a car, the three highest-rated suppliers in that location have been given a badge in the search results. This means that you can be assured that if you see the badge, you will get excellent service from this company at that location.
* Only companies that have been rated by at least 10 customers in a given location are given the award to make sure the experience is indeed excellent.
