We understand your need for flexibility.

We’d like to tell you that we’ve become more flexible, but the truth is that we were always flexible. If you need to change the dates of your rental or you decide to travel somewhere else, you can modify your booking in the My Booking section without charge (although the rental price may change).

Ever rented a car to find leftovers from the previous renter’s dinner in the front seat? If not, you probably don’t want to. Our customers' ratings can help you to get a car that’s spic and span.

The efficiency of the car rental agents

The car rental desk is notorious for the dreaded upsell. From unwanted insurance to a GPS unit when the car already has it built-in, the agents at the rental desk always seem to want to sell you something more. Some rental companies work incredibly hard to provide unmatched service for their customers. We decided to award these companies for their efforts by giving them The Excellent Car Rental Service Award.

Every company’s location that achieved an average rating of 8 or more from our customers between September 2018 and August 2019 received this award*. This award is for the service at the rental desk in a specific location, not for the company as a whole. Also, when searching for a car, the three highest-rated suppliers in that location have been given a badge in the search results. This means that you can be assured that if you see the badge, you will get great excellent service from this company at that location.

* Only companies that have been rated by at least 10 customers in a given location are given the award to make sure the experience is indeed excellent.
