Pros: Quality of car was great and good value for money. Service was great and everything was straight forward. They accept debit cards which was a main issue with the majority of the other car hire companies. Easyjet scammed us with a car hire company and booked us with Klass wagon which refused to give us a car due to not accepting Amex credit cards even after taking our money and left us stranded with a baby and a vulnerable person with no baby seat so taxis would not accept us. Renta star saved us

Pros: Cheap price, nice car. One representative was very efficient and friendly. 8 mins from the airport.

Cons: Huge deposit required, card payment was taken and then refunded rather than just a hold on the account, one representative was miserable & had son with her which delayed our pickup (long story).
