Pros: A ticket system is in place so they see people in turn.
Cons: Despite the ticket system we waited around 40 minutes to be seen. The didn't have the automatic car we had booked & were offered lots of poor choice Manual G.box cars instead. We only drive automatics and had to wait another two hours for an automatic to become available. Despite the long wait they even charged us an additional €40 euros to return the car two hours later than our scheduled time on our booking. The paperwork showed roughly 20 X marks to denote scratches.
Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: Car was advertised on Discovercars as £180 the extra costs and fees from goldcar made it cost over £500. Waited to be given the car at Málaga airport for an hour and a half. After waiting an hour and a half to be served I was told the car I reserved was not available so I was given a different smaller car for the same price without a discount. It would have been more sensible to get a less budget car rental that didn't have hidden costs at every opportunity.
Pros: Easy drop off
Cons: The 90 minute wait to collect keys.
Pros: Helpful staff, car available.
Cons: Queue for picking up car.
Pros: Prompt efficient polite
