Pros: Man who served us was really helpful, and very efficient

Cons: The wait to actually collect the car was ridiculous - and the queues got longer every time a heart member came in as they were given priority. Only 2 people working and 3 flights had just landed so there were an awful lot of disgruntled people!

Pros: The team were incredibly friendly and efficient which is a stark difference to experiences I’ve had with other vendors! I was at the desk for less than 5 minutes to pick up the car and that time included a friendly chat :)
