Pros: Quick service, very pleasant staff. Cheapest car I could find.

Cons: The car was very old, Fiat Panda but at least 15 years old. Had 135k km on the clock. Interior was very tired. All was in working order but expect an older car. Fiat Panda is the perfect size for roads in Kefalonia. It lacks power but did the job for us and was very reliable.

Cons: We had to return the first car after 2 days it had 126,000 km on the clock. The drivers seat base was worn out, the sun visor was broken off and missing. The car was making strange noises, it only had one stop light and was covered in dents. Plus the steering wheel was not correct for that car. We only excepted the vehicle as it was late in the evening and they were closing up. We did get a replacement car but we had to drive the car back to the airport to exchange it.

Pros: We had to cancel the first days hire as the problem with air traffic control fiasco meant our original air flight was cancelled until the following day. Contacted discover.com to inform them of our delay. They contacted the car hire company and mad arrangements to pick up the following day. The car hire company even gave us the full fifteen days hire by extending the return day by one.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Good experience of pick up and drop off, very efficient. The guy pointed out all damage already there and made sure I took photos of every angle to protect me from excess charges. Decent price.

Cons: Be aware the rental office is up a very steep hill with no pavement - very difficult dragging up a heavy suitcase in the heat of the day (I dropped my mum and luggage at the airport before drop off). Car was a bit shabby and old inside. No mod cons but air con was good. Had 105,000 miles on the clock - did feel like it was on its last legs (had to use 1st or 2nd gear to get up most hills!). However, the rental was cheaper than other companies and the car served us well.

Cons: I had no idea where three the rental place was. I spent half an hour looking for the rental place which was about 500 m from the airport. No signs at the airport. No instructions on the booking.
