Pick-up instructions
Once you have collected your luggage, come out of the arrivals hall and turn left following the instructions to the Parking area P4. When you arrive at the P4 just on the right hand side is the Shuttle bus area and where the Centauro minibus will collect you to take you to our office. Minibus is available during the office opening hours. If your flight is due to arrive before closure, you will need to contact Centauro so that we can wait for you.
Drop-off instructions
Vehicles must be returned to the Centauro car park and then you will be taken to the Departure Hall by Shuttle Bus.

Pros: Fast pick up of car.

Cons: Rude awkwardness of staff over deposit. The deposit for fuel and tolls took 3 weeks to return and produced £24 of fees in the process. I asked to use my debit card for the fuel and tolls. she told me no as it had ot be the same transaction as the main deposit. She then proceeded to put through two transactions anyway. She was awkard for the sake of it. The rental was £47. I was charged £24.45 in fees for the fuel and toll deposit.

Cons: Difficulty finding on return of car, signage would have been helpful, & didn't answer phone when we asked for help.

Pros: Good value. Good condition. Best was full to full.

Cons: Waited at P4 for 20 mins late at night for pick up. Tried to ring centaurs office but only on automated recording. Another transfer company rang someone at centauro spoke Portuguese and our transfer arrived in about 5 mins. This was a bit worrying for 2 older females as everything was closing and no taxis to be seen.

Cons: Difficult to find bus pick up at airport for transfer to office and drop off wait for shuttle was not adequate for the volume of cars coming in . We ended up getting an Uber
