Pick-up instructions
Once you have collected your luggage, exit the arrivals hall and turn left following the signs to the Parking area P4. When you arrive at P4, the Shuttle bus area is just on the right-hand side where the Centauro minibus will collect you to take you to our office. The minibus is available during the office opening hours. If your flight is due to arrive before closing time, you will need to contact Centauro so that we can wait for you.
Drop-off instructions
Vehicles must be returned to the Centauro car park and then you will be taken to the Departure Hall by shuttle bus.

Pros: Really liked my first experience with Centauro, the service was friendly, quick and efficient, the car was very clean and we got it for a good price. The type of car we got was better than expected, we really enjoyed driving this car (Peugeot 208). I would highly recommend Centauro.

Pros: Fast pick up of car.

Cons: Rude awkwardness of staff over deposit. The deposit for fuel and tolls took 3 weeks to return and produced £24 of fees in the process. I asked to use my debit card for the fuel and tolls. she told me no as it had ot be the same transaction as the main deposit. She then proceeded to put through two transactions anyway. She was awkard for the sake of it. The rental was £47. I was charged £24.45 in fees for the fuel and toll deposit.

Pros: Good value. Good condition. Best was full to full.

Cons: Waited at P4 for 20 mins late at night for pick up. Tried to ring centaurs office but only on automated recording. Another transfer company rang someone at centauro spoke Portuguese and our transfer arrived in about 5 mins. This was a bit worrying for 2 older females as everything was closing and no taxis to be seen.

Cons: Difficult to find bus pick up at airport for transfer to office and drop off wait for shuttle was not adequate for the volume of cars coming in . We ended up getting an Uber
