Pros: They phoned on arrival and came to find us at the airport

Cons: The fuel was not full when picking up and it is difficult to find the office in the dark when returning as there is no signage

Pros: very pleasant and polite lady and female assistant/driver when we showed documentation to hire the car

Cons: delay in locating the pickup van at the airport. Car not very clean inside, very noisy exhaust, various rattles from underneath, tyre pressure warning light on (false alarm). Worst thing was transfer to airport after handing in the car - I told the driver

Pros: Easy to work with and no language barriers

Cons: I didn’t actually like my car at first because I thought it looked old and tiny. But it was perfect for Cyprus as it had Bluetooth, perfect size for what we needed and the roads and parking and better than most living Cypriots vehicles.

Pros: Fast efficient service and car swap after puncture and no spare in boot

Cons: Tyres were not in great condition which lead to puncture. But they apologised immediately and recovered us in 40 mins.

Pros: I actual recommend them, but they need to me more aware of the conditions of the car, I just got a auto when I ask for manual. When changed I just got a uncleaned car, tire was down, and petrol nearly non. The overall service from the employee was very good quick and polite, and happy to help, but I don't thing the conditions of the car was great. Just advice a bit more checking before giving the car to the customer.

Pros: Very helpful when I didn't want an automatic ..... as never driven one. Drove us to hotel and would bring car next morning.

Cons: The car didn't appear until late afternoon. I appreciated very much their efforts to to find me a manual car. But a day of the holiday was wasted. The offices are not well marked, the promised message with instructions to find them did not come. The instructions for pick up were inaccurate.

Pros: The lady who worked there was brilliant - really helpful, efficient and friendly. Great value. The car wasn't in great condition as they were a bit short of cars, but we prefer that anyway as you don't feel so scared about getting a scratch!

Cons: The car key battery ran out, so we had to get it replaced but the lady did so very quickly with no bother at all.
