Best Island visited- Surin ( pickup and drop for all cruise was provided by the tour operator , thereby restricting our car usage )
Other Islands visited in order of rating ( starting from best )
1. Phi phi 2. Similan 3 James Bond
I would recommend STAR CRUISE
Saw the following beaches
1. Kata 2 Karon 3. Patong (too crowded) 4. Kamala 5. Nai yang
Big Buddha temple is good and a high point to look over the Andama sea. View is beautiful.
Tiger park is just ok , the tigers are too lazy there. Phuket Central mall is good for shopping for branded products.
Phuket is a place one should visit with family.
Stay at Wareerak spring and wellness at Krabi stay was the best . Visit to Emrald lake was good ( the forest is dense something akin to rain forest )
Krabi international airport is a small one and not busy at all.
The roads throughout Thailand is very good.

Everything was fine except on the last day when I was supposed to drop the car off at the airport before my flight, the car wouldn’t start. Through friends, I contacted the agency and arranged that they would pick up the car at the resort as I could not wait and miss my flight. I left money to fill up the gas tank and there were no problems.
