Pros: The desk was easy to find after landing and I was taken to the car very quickly. The car was immaculately clean on the inside and out. The agent took me round the car to show any blemishes. The car was started and the air conditioning on so it was cool. When dropping off we called the agent and they were in the car park ready to greet us to drop the vehicle. Overall it was a good experience

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 225.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax).
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
The driver is fully responsible for the cost of the repairs for any damage to the mirrors, tires, undercarriage and all mechanical parts of the vehicle. This is not limited to the excess amount.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
In case of renting at the airport location, the customer must provide a valid flight number in order to make a reservation.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
