Once you have collected your luggage, call 1300 729 230 (for international customers call +61 3 6165 0838) and follow the prompts for shuttle bus pick up. Please allow up to 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. PROCEED TO SHUTTLE BAY FROM TERMINAL: DOMESTIC - Proceed to Baggage Collection, then turn right at Baggage Claim #3 and exit the terminal building following signs to the Buses & Taxis Pickup Areas. As you step onto the forecourt, to your left will be a curved path under a covered walkway, follow this walkway and continue on and left past the Taxi pick-up area, then take the pedestrian crossing to the bus shelter at the Bus & Tour Operator Parking Area. INTERNATIONAL - On exiting International Arrivals, turn 180° making your way to the Domestic Baggage Claim area, then follow the directions as above for Domestic Arrivals.

Rental car supplier provides a free transfer Shuttle service from the Airport to their Rental office situated close by. You will receive an SMS text 24 hours prior to your pickup time with an active link to the Shuttle requesting system. To order your Shuttle, click the link in your SMS after you have collected your bags or cleared customs if you are arriving Internationally. Shuttle bus drivers will respond to your request, and you can use the system to also get walking directions on how to get to the shuttle collection point. Customers should park the vehicle in front of our office in any of the parking bays. A key return slot is situated on the roller door where the customer should deposit the key after securing the vehicle. It will then be the customers responsibility to make their own way to the airport terminal.

Upon arrival and ONLY AFTER collecting luggage, please call +61 1300370440 for a courtesy shuttle from Pick Up Zone A. Pick Up Zone A at Adelaide Airport is 100m from the terminal doors. Walk across the plaza towards the multi-level short-term carpark to find the passenger pickup zones. Wait at Zone A for the shuttle driver.
