Pros: The pick up and drop off was not a bad experience. The customer service was precise and professional. There communication was top tier. The car was very clean and drove really nice
Cons: There is an insurance that is not disclose whenever the car is being reserved. I feel like you are forced to purchase the insurance. Also the car rental was for 4 days and they charge me for 5 days worth of insurance.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 3415.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Surcharges.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 64.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 120 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
